NexGenT respects every individual user's right to privacy and does not collect personal identifying information unless the information is provided directly by the user under their knowledge.

Collection of Information

NexGenT collects information during website registration and entry to contests, surveys, sweepstakes, giveaways, or use of public areas, such as forums. The user has the option to visit our websites anonymously and is not required to provide personal information.

Use of Collected Information

Personal identifying information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company or entity without consent of the user other than for the purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer or if it is required by law. Such activities are beyond the control of NexGenT.

NexGenT websites use cookies on the basis of automatic collection of non-personal information. Users under the age of 18 should not submit information to NexGenT or any subsidary websites owned and operated by NexGenT without the consent of that user's parent or guardian. NexGenT does not monitor the age of its user audience.
